Coverage
We dispatch orders across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. International shipping is currently not offered.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Bulk orders may require additional preparation time, which we communicate via email.
Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5–9 business days
- Remote locations: 8–14 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed via email after order placement based on order weight and destination. Bulk orders may qualify for free shipping — please reach out for details.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or non-availability, the order will be returned to our mill and applicable charges may apply for re-dispatch.
