Cancellation Policy
When and how you can cancel an order.

Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
How to Cancel
Email us at jaykhodiyaarfabric@gmail.com with your order reference number (e.g., JKF482917) and the subject line "Order Cancellation".
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our mill, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, in which case the return-shipping cost may be deducted from any future order or settlement.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom-cut, bulk-rolled and made-to-order fabrics cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Mill-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors or logistical issues. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email.
