Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment to a fair resolution if something isn't right.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product (different from order) was delivered
  • The product is materially different from the description

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing jaykhodiyaarfabric@gmail.com with your reference number, photos of the issue and a brief description.

Conditions

  • Fabric must be unused, uncut, unwashed and in original packaging
  • Custom-cut, bulk-rolled and made-to-order fabrics are non-returnable
  • Fancy and designer fabrics with embellishments are non-returnable unless damaged

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our mill, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from receipt of returned goods, via the original COD reconciliation method or bank transfer.

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) instead of a refund. Exchange requests follow the same eligibility and window as returns.
